POS systems and credit card processing for restaurants who want LOCAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

When you have an issue with the system during lunch on a Friday, you call us. Not a 1-800 number.

We are a local point of sale and payment processing company in Indianapolis. We set your system up, we manage it, and when you need something you call, text, or FaceTime the same person who installed it.

Let us sit down for fifteen minutes. A no-pressure conversation: what the system does, what it would look like in your restaurant, and what you are actually paying today. No cost, no obligation.

Here is why restaurants love working with us:

We do 100% of everything for you…EVERYTHING…

When you work with us, we manage all of it. Your job is not to mess around with the POS system. Our clients treat us like an extra member of their staff whose only job is their POS, their internet, and their online ordering.

And here is what they tell us they love

What a restaurant POS system should actually do

One platform for the delivery apps, the floor, the kitchen, and the back office. You do not have to use all of it. Most owners start with two or three pieces and add the rest when they are ready.

Every delivery app, in one place

DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub feed straight into your POS. The orders print in the kitchen automatically, and all of that revenue reports inside your POS next to everything else you sold.

  • Nobody re-keys a tablet order into the register
  • One menu to update instead of four
  • No more tablet farm taking up the counter
  • Delivery sales sit in the same report as dine-in and takeout
DoorDashOrders straight to the kitchen
UberEatsSame menu, same reports
GrubhubOne screen for all of it

If the internet goes down, you keep selling

  • Offline mode keeps taking cards. You do not stop selling.
  • Orders keep printing in the kitchen
  • Everything syncs the moment you are back online

Online ordering on your own site

  • Your own ordering page for pickup and delivery — you keep the customer, not the app
  • No website? We will build you one
  • Orders print straight to the kitchen
  • Online tipping, coupons, discounts, and gift cards
  • Loyalty that works online and in the dining room

Pay at the table

  • Take the order and run the card without leaving the table
  • The card never leaves the customer's hand
  • Receipt prints or texts right there

On the floor

  • Split checks any way the table asks
  • Hold a course and fire it to the kitchen automatically at the time you set
  • Bar tabs with card pre-authorization
  • Modifiers, combos, and a pizza builder
  • Timed discounts and happy hour pricing
  • Time clock for your staff

Kitchen and counter

  • Kitchen display with bump screens and timers
  • Expo screen for the pass
  • Customer-facing display for tip and signature
  • Email and text receipts
  • Digital menu boards you can change from your phone
  • Self-ordering kiosk

Back office

  • One login for every location you own — compare stores side by side
  • Live sales on your phone, from anywhere
  • Sales by hour, by item, by server
  • Customer database and loyalty points
  • Inventory with stock counts and purchase orders
  • Profit margin by item

Cards, EBT, and gift cards

  • Chip, tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • EBT and gift cards
  • Dual pricing or cash discount if you want it

If you also run a market or store

  • Barcode and UPC scanning
  • Scale integration
  • Items priced by weight, length, or time
  • Age restriction prompts
  • Label and shelf-tag printing
  • Purchase orders and vendor tracking

POS systems and payment processing across Indianapolis

We install and support point of sale systems all over Indianapolis and the surrounding towns. Taquerias on East Washington, bars and breweries downtown and in Fountain Square, breakfast spots on the north side, pizza shops in Speedway, family restaurants in Greenwood and Beech Grove, and markets and carnicerias out by Lafayette Square. If you are inside the 465 loop we can usually be standing in your dining room the same day.

We are not a national POS company with a local rep. We are a local company. The person who sells you the system is the person who installs it, builds your menu, and answers the phone eighteen months later when a printer stops talking to the kitchen. That is the whole difference, and it is why owners here switch to us from Toast, Square, and Clover.

Questions restaurant owners ask us

The things people search for before they call. If yours is not here, call or text and ask.

How much does a restaurant POS system cost?

It depends on how many stations you need and how much you run through cards. There is a monthly cost for the software and a rate on your card volume, and on some programs we cover the cost of the hardware so there is nothing to buy up front. Send us a recent processing statement and we will price it against what you are paying today, usually within a day.

What is the best POS system for a small restaurant?

Every system rings up a ticket. What separates them is what happens when something goes wrong on a Friday night, whether the delivery apps feed into it, and whether it keeps taking cards when the internet drops. Those three things are what we build around, and they are what owners call us about after they have already switched once.

Do you integrate with DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub?

Yes. All three feed straight into the POS, the orders print in the kitchen automatically, and the delivery revenue reports inside your POS next to dine-in and takeout. One menu to update instead of four, and no tablet farm on the counter.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Offline mode keeps taking cards, so you do not stop selling. Orders keep printing in the kitchen and everything syncs the moment you are back online. For a busy bar or restaurant this is the feature that matters most and the one most owners never ask about until it costs them a night.

Can my servers take payment at the table?

Yes. The handhelds take the order and run the card without the server leaving the table, the card never leaves the customer's hand, and the receipt prints or texts right there.

Do you work with bars and high-volume restaurants?

Yes. Our clients run anywhere from $20,000 a month in card volume up to $1 million a month. High-volume restaurants and bars are exactly the kind of client who likes working with us, because of how good the service is.

Who sets it up and builds my menu?

We do, all of it. We install the system, build your menu, prices, and modifiers, program the handhelds and kitchen printers, set up your online ordering, and train your staff. Your job is not to mess around with the POS system.

What kind of support do I get after installation?

You call, text, or FaceTime the same person who installed your system. Not an 800 number, not an overseas call center, and not a case number. Most calls are handled in 5 to 10 minutes while you are still on the phone, nights and weekends included.

Will my rates go up later?

No. Once we agree on pricing it never changes, and we have never raised a fee on a client. Not once. If you want dual pricing or a cash discount program, we can set that up too.

Do you handle restaurants with more than one location?

Yes. You get one login that covers every location you own, so you can see sales for all of them together or pull one store up on its own and compare it against the others. Menu and price changes can be pushed out to every location at once instead of being rebuilt store by store, and you can look at all of it from your phone.

Where in Indianapolis do you install POS systems?

All over the metro and the surrounding towns — downtown, Fountain Square, Broad Ripple, the east side, the south side, Lafayette Square, Speedway, Beech Grove, Greenwood, Castleton, Lawrence, Avon, Plainfield, Carmel, and Fishers. We come to you for the install and we come back out when you need us in person.

Do you only work with restaurants?

Restaurants and bars are most of what we do, but the same system runs markets, carnicerias, panaderias, coffee shops, food trucks, salons, and small retail. If you take cards in Indianapolis, we can probably help.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We work with a lot of Spanish-speaking owners in Indianapolis and you can reach us in Spanish by phone, text, or WhatsApp. There is a Spanish version of this page as well.

Fifteen minutes. No pressure, no obligation.

We will show you exactly what the system does, what it would look like in your restaurant, and what you are actually paying today. If you are already in a good spot we will tell you that.

How it goes

  1. You call or text and we set a time that works around your service.
  2. We sit down for fifteen minutes — what the system does, and what you are paying now.
  3. If it makes sense, we build it, install it after close, and we are on site for your first shifts.
